With general working experience in administration and financial functions for 5 years, experience as Admin and Financial Administrator for 8 years as well as the Management of Financial, Administration and Project (Government Tenders) Divisions for 16 years, the art of administration and financial administration have been developed to near perfection.  It provided me with the ability to assess the needs of the Financial and Administration Divisions within Businesses with regard to the procedures and requirements in order for these Divisions to run effectively.  It prepared me to set up procedures and provide training and guidance to a level of excellence, ensuring that work flow accurately and smoothly.

My aim is:

  • To assist small Businesses who are awarded government tenders and cannot afford to appoint staff with the level of expertise required to enable them to set up the Administration and Financial Divisions required in terms of the tender.  Assessment will be done to determine the administration and financial requirements in terms of the tender.  Procedures will be set up and templates designed and implement, current permanent employees will be trained to work according to the procedures in order to develop their skills.
  • To assist existing small Businesses who are experiencing problems within their Administration and Financial divisions by setting up procedures and templates and providing staff training.
  • To assist newly created small Businesses to set up the required Administration and Financial divisions.
  • To work on a Consulting basis from the R & S offices in respect of Businesses who do not want or have the means to create internal Administration and Financial Divisions.
